Italia and Germany

After months of preparation, tedious packing, and many sad goodbyes to our dear friends in Mumbai, it was now time to freely travel as we pleased.  Simple logic led us to Italy for two weeks and then back to India again for 2 more weeks. Sounds silly, but really it made the best sense so that we could spend time with dear friends Ruchi and Manlio and meet up with Matt's cousin Ninja Dan who would be our traveling companion for the next two months.  Italy brought fresh mouth watering food, historical hot spots in major cities and time with friends.  While Matt and Danny roamed Pisa and Venice, Jennifer stayed seaside for some quality Ruchi time.  We then all met in Florence, where Jennifer dragged Matt and Danny around her old stomping grounds.  Time was also spent later, making a short stopover in Germany, to visit Jen's friend Wendy and her growing family.
